Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you can! Please email us at yourfriends@milehiactive.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations, depending on the current status of your shipment.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is confirmed and ready for shipment, you'll receive an email notification. Another update with tracking information will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to monitor your shipment.

What are your shipping times?
Our standard shipping times are:
- Metro Manila: 1–5 days
- Luzon: 1–5 days
- Rest of the Philippines: 3–10 days
Once your order is on the move, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your shipment directly on the courier’s website, so you’re always in the loop.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery or collection. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with hang tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please note that orders with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions.
How do I request a return or exchange?

What are the shipping times for exchanges?
Once we receive your item, expect the following shipping times for your exchange:

Who covers the shipping fees for returns and exchanges?
- If the return or exchange is due to a change of mind or size change, the buyer will shoulder the shipping fees.
- If the return or exchange is due to our error (e.g., defective items, wrong item delivered), we will cover the shipping fees.
