Returns & Exchanges
At mileHI active, we get it—sometimes things don’t work out. We’re here to make your experience seamless so you can get back to reaching new heights.
What You Need to Know:
- Orders made with promo codes are eligible for return unless otherwise stated in the promo’s fine print.
- You’ve got 30 days from the delivery or pickup date to request a return or exchange—just have your order number ready.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with hang tags still attached and in their original packaging.
- We’ll need to decline your return if the gear doesn’t meet these conditions (we hope you understand!).
Once Your Return Is Approved:
We’ll personally coordinate your refund via email. For exchanges, you’re free to pick any item of equal or lesser value. Want to upgrade to something higher? We’ll send over a quick email to settle the difference.
Shipping Fees:
- If it’s a you thing (like a size change or change of mind), shipping costs will be on you.
- If it’s an us thing (like a defect or wrong item sent), we’ve got you covered—shipping’s on us.
How to Return or Exchange
Shoot us an email at yourfriends@milehiactive.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Once we confirm everything checks out, we’ll send you the return address and next steps.
For exchanges, your new gear will ship out once we receive your item. Here’s the expected delivery time:
- Metro Manila: 1–5 days
- Luzon: 1–5 days
- Rest of the Philippines: 3–10 days
